Limitation of Liability
SikkerIT shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business operations. Clients agree to use our services at their own risk and understand that final responsibility for implementation decisions lies with them.
Confidentiality & NDA
SikkerIT respects the confidentiality of all client information. We offer a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to all clients at the start of any engagement. Even in cases where a formal NDA is not signed, we treat all client data, communications, and business details as strictly confidential and will never disclose or reuse any part of it without explicit written consent. Client trust and data privacy are a core part of our values and operating standards.
Licensing Policy
All documentation, automation logic, and deliverables provided during the course of our consulting engagement are licensed for the exclusive use of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reuse or redistribution without permission is not allowed.
Service Compatibility
Our automation and consulting services are designed to work with commonly used platforms and technologies (e.g., CRM, ERP, and internal systems). We will advise clients on technical compatibility and limitations, but compatibility with custom systems is not guaranteed unless clearly stated in the service agreement.
Delivery
All services are delivered digitally. Project deliverables and documentation will be provided via secure email or cloud storage access after milestones are completed. Estimated timelines will be shared at project initiation, but are subject to change depending on client input and unforeseen circumstances.
Ownership
All intellectual property created specifically for the client during paid projects will become the property of the client upon final payment, unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing tools, templates, or scripts developed by SikkerIT remain our property unless transferred via written agreement.
Browser Compatibility
If web-based automation interfaces are developed, we will ensure compatibility with the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). We are not responsible for browser-specific bugs related to outdated or unsupported browsers.
Updates
Service updates, maintenance, or feature expansions are not included unless covered under an ongoing support plan. Ad-hoc update requests may be quoted separately or charged hourly.
Support
Clients with active monthly subscriptions or retainers are entitled to support according to the terms in their service plan. Support is available via email or other agreed communication channels. Response time may vary based on the plan selected.
Price Changes
SikkerIT reserves the right to change service rates at any time with 30 days’ notice to active clients. Quotes for custom projects remain valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has begun. If a refund is requested before any work has been initiated, it may be granted at our discretion minus any administrative fees.
Email & Newsletter
We may send service updates, invoices, or important notifications via email. Clients may also subscribe to receive newsletters or updates about new services. You may unsubscribe at any time.
License Agreement
By engaging with SikkerIT and using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Terms and Conditions document. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions made to this agreement.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
